Yoga has been with me for 20 years and has grounded me, especially in difficult phases of my life, and given my mind a positive direction. When we are ready to understand the connection between mind, body and soul, we are also ready to face ourselves truthfully. We recognize our patterns and structures. Yoga gives us the opportunity to change these. In my courses and trainings, I combine the systems of yoga, TCM and Ayurveda and create a space in which my participants feel safe and at ease. In calm Yin Yoga classes and the transformative power of Yoga Nidra, the body enters a relaxed and meditative state in which we rewrite our beliefs and invite the magic of change into our lives.
